New Boat Ramp

One of the upgrade projects under taken by the local Harbour Authority this spring was to upgrade the boat launching ramp at the Bella Coola Harbour by building some walls and putting in a beautiful long dock from which to handle your boat onto a trailer (no dock existed before).  It's a beautiful addition to the harbour and makes launching boats a snap.  A lot of people from Alberta, Quesnel, Williams Lake and 100 Mile House trailer boats to Bella Coola and use this as a launching point for adventures on the coast.  After all Bella Coola is one of the five gateways to the Pacific.
