Growing Grass

Had to do the first mowing of the lawns tonight, even though it's been cool the grass has been creeping ahead the last few days and  tonight I realized it needed mowing.  It's surprising looking around different places that were flooded last fall in the Great Flood of 2010 how a bit of new greenery growing up around things that were displaced by the flood is starting to fade the memories of the flood already, like this old gate that washed in and is now part of the landscape.  Grizzly
