Foxes are very common in the Bella Coola Valley.   They come in all colours from red to black and shades in between.   They seem to do quite well living in amongst the acreages and settlements.  They are pretty opportunistic though and try not to miss an opportunity to steal a chicken or a cat straying too far from home.  When you have a family you've got to eat as well.
