Shrinking Snowpack

This mild weather and light to moderate rain is putting a dent in valley bottom snow pack and to the pack below 5000' as the warm spell continues.  Today was another day of 1 to 2 C for the most of the day with sporadic rain showers.  More snow at least in the mountains  for the sake of building the winter mountain snow pack would be a good thing any time now.
